    It's been missing on my laptop for ages.  Very little point in asking for improvements/corrections now - they shut the thread where they actually asked for comments, it might have been a bit of a hornets nest.

    It's been available via my PC, I guess they're tinkering around with more "improvements" behind the scenes.

    I'm surprised this one has stayed open.

     Spam button for me as well, only the option to report the thread. Surely that creates more work for admins?

    Thanks and spam button back to normal.

    Suspect other stuff is going on behind the scenes, based on how 'laggy' the forum has been today.

    @Jas3232 if the cog/toggle icon is missing you can either refresh the page and it should reappear or click/tap where it's supposed to be and you should still get the edit/delete options come up.
