Of course you are going to have bad days, Melly - but gradually there will be more good days than bad! Take care of you xx

Bad day yesterday don't know why.
Had a few hours sleep and back up now.
Gonna bake as that soothes me
So off to do brownies
I'm not sure if this was in response to my post but if it was, I can't stress enough I never once thought your reply was harsh....to be fair I didn't even think it was blunt & to the point but simply you saying why YOU weren't in that place where you wanted to take the issue of his emails further.
I simply took it at face value.3 -

I appear to have a bit of a belly
Whilst I feel fat I am still managing to eat. Last night I had sea bass and veg2 -
You and me both melly. My jeans buttons are now strongly socially distancing.
However I strongly suspect in my case it's the cookies that keep jumping into my basket, and in yours it's just that it's a new and different shape for you rather than anything else.
How was Manchester? All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.1 -
Sea bass and veggies are good foods Melly - they are feeding your brain - you need to build up your physical and mental strength and food like sea bass is doing it xxx1

Manchester was fantastic
I haven't seen one of the brothers in 6 years and catching up was brilliant.
Got some lovely sibling bluntness.
Gonna have salmon and veggies tonight I think
It is a different shape I'm proud of how I am eating. Shows what most of the problem was.
On the way back my mate kept saying, see how easy it is, it's less than 2 hours up the road and no problem to go.2
