Melly!!!   And posting at silly o'clock too!   Block the bl**dy email xxxxxx    and if you have kept old emails - delete 'em.

Melly, How about if you just forward them to someone without opening them then this person can read them (if you want them to) but keep them in a folder just in case they may be needed for extra evidence but it means once forwarded you can delete from your computer.

Ignore - block his number on all friends phones as well!   Your mate steals you ...and so he kills your beloved dogs in a bid to get you back?   He is seriously deranged!

Melly - as he doesn't even go out of the house - I am right, aren't I?   He cannot get to you and hurt you.   If you are very worried, call your brothers and go back to them - they will look after you.   Let the police and Womens Aid know if he has made threats of violence.  He is playing mind games with you.  Stay strong, girl - you've got this.
