I used Royal Mail online postage for the first time recently for items that will fit in a postbox, it was very quick and easy.

she is trying to do it, although finding it a little difficult.ThankyouWhen I die I will know that I have lived, loved, mattered and made a difference, even if in a small way.4 -
Dgs2 slept all night again! Winner. Although we kept him up half hour later he was still up well before 6. As was his brother.
My joints are not liking this rain and I have taken an age to achieve as much today.
Biggest has cut me out 3 sets of scrubs today. When boys were in school I managed to make two surgical hats and one full set of scrubs. I tried doing one of the jobs that I had in which required hand sewing and gave that idea up when it took me nearly an hour to hem a pair of trousers. Hand sewing is out for now!
The special scrubs are for a lady size 24 but who is very short . The fabric has been delayed.
should have it tomorrow. When I die I will know that I have lived, loved, mattered and made a difference, even if in a small way.7 -
Yeah I hope that we have turned a corner with Dgs2 as he slept all night again.
although it was 5.40 when he woke.
so that's the next target.
I have so many little things to do today but I also have my target of one and a half sets of scrubs.
The delivery of fabric and other special scrubs is due today.DGD school rang yesterday, and we discussed the problems we are having and dgds mental health. They are still trying to get her some councilling be it by telephone. There is a possibility that she can also return to school, as like the boys she has a guardianship order. So I have talked with her about her options of knuckling down or going into school part time.DS has taken the boys to their schools for me as I am not driving yet.
time to start my sewing. Then I can have regular breaks for rest and do the smaller jobs.
all masks requests have been posted now, so I am hoping that they arrive soon.Hope everyone is well and taking care. When I die I will know that I have lived, loved, mattered and made a difference, even if in a small way.5 -

Thank you. I hope you slept well after your busy day. Now for me to get back to sewing scrubs, and starting making masks. Stay safe.4
