Argh lost my post as I dropped my phone when I kicked over my drink. Don't ask. It's one of those days.
I have heard of weighted blankets but not tried them. Might be worth me having a go at making some as they are quite expensive. Although if it works then I wouldn't begrudge the money.
When I die I will know that I have lived, loved, mattered and made a difference, even if in a small way.3 -
My comment on the weighted blankrts atr that they are very very heavy.

Yeah you need to get the right weight definitely. Amazon have some very reasonably priced ones at the moment with good reviews. Have a good rest of the week.4

There is a guide that tells you what weight to get depending on your own weight. I was just looking.
The cost of the filling beads is quite a lot so to make it might not really be cost effective. I will have a think.
Its finally gone quiet upstairs. Fingers crossed that they sleep. I have changed into my flannel pjs and fleece dressing gown as I was cold, so I don't think I will be going out to the workshop this evening now.
although I am slightly restless, as I want to do so much.I have done a bit more in DGD's room, bedding changed etc but cannot do anymore washing until the rest is dry.
