hi
Unsure if this will help anyone,i know we have uncertain times at the moment also (i do understand this of course!) as well as not being able to enter the usa.
but i was looking at my Mlife account and was amazed to find up to 4 Comp Nights, $250 in freeplay, $150 Resort Credit.
I had a quick look at the calander for next year and it seems to be well into late july (it seems)
had a quick look at the terms and conditions and it says book by december 5th
a couple of questions...
Are these kinda offers refundable?
Is there anything I would need to know in regards these types of offers? i.e I would be expected to spend x amount?
Just missing vegas at the moment and well after re reading a few trip reports via this thread i wanna go back !!! .(sadly cant darn it)
hope everyone is keeping safe
kind regards bobby0 -

You must be a higher roller than me - the best I can get is 4 nights comped (Excalibur and Luxor only) 3 or 2 nights at the higher end hotels with $100 food credit and $50 freeplay.
I use Youtube to keep in touch with what's going on (Circa looks amazing but pricey!) - loads of slotplayers but also blogs such as Jacob Orth Life in Vegas - very informative.
Finally , I too have been trying to find ways of getting to Vegas without having to travel down to London airports (at least 5 hours for us) so have been looking at direct flights from Manchester or Dublin to Los Angeles - staying there for a day or two then an hour 15 flight to Vegas (really cheap before luggage LOL). Under £500 on some dates - let's hope this virus will be on the wane next year.2 -
hi jonesMUFCforever
and thanks for the feedback!I ve not been to vegas in a few years now so i was as surprised as anyone!
best i was hoping for was for a good sized discount!
thanks for the blogs idea. i ve been watching *slot pools?* i think there called on youtube but will have a look at your recommendation
My brother and I have done new york-vegas a couple of times also , may be worth a look for flights like that?
kind regards!1 -
Like jonesMUFCforever, with the early results from the vaccines looking promising, I have let myself get my hopes up of a possible Vegas trip next year.First, can I say it’s bloody ridiculous that there is now no direct flight to Vegas from the North of England.
I had a sneaky look at three options...as above, Manchester to LAX direct..with either a couple of days in LA, or same day continuation to Vegas.
Our old method of indirect trip...either quick trip to European destination first, then direct to Vegas, or east coast airport before onward journey to Vegas.
Or the London stay overnight, then a direct flight to Vegas.
They all seem such a hassle to us now, after years of direct MAN to LAS with either Virgin or Thomas Cook.
Anyone know of any better options ?1 -
so, who do we follow on YouTube? I probably watch something at least once a day from Vegas

I enjoy some of the slot channels showing how to play the machines Brian Christopher, Dianevoni and VegasLowRoller for example (although most of them are not in Vegas now because of Covid - but the slot machines are all the same)
and if you like food then I find Derek from All you can Vegas very amusing - man he can put some grub in his mouth LOL.
I too enjoy Jacob not only for his short informative vlogs but he also does live streams of walking about LV.
Before Covid Matt Bridger was another channel which was informative - but as he is from UK he , like the rest of us is stuck here until further notice.
I 100% agree with Brats64 about flights - three times we flew Thomas Cook to Vegas from Manchester - every flight was full.2 -
When in need of a Vegas fix I will search for some of the slots we like to play.
Usually search to view the latest version of Willy Wonka...there seems to be a new one every year we go.
Used to know which was which version, but so many now I can only go by whether we won or lost as to whether we liked them or not.
checked out what must be the newest version last week, doesn’t look the best.
There was one video I watched of someone playing it..the guy was the most annoying person I’ve ever watched.Thank god I’ve never been sat near someone like him in a casino, I would have had to move seats.1 -
brats- i get where your coming from in regards getitng a lil excited about vegas..i saw some offers from Mlife (a week or so before this vaccine news)
also, being up in scotland (edinburgh) like you there is no direct flights to vegas.we did have thomas cook flights from glasgow, bout 50mins trip from we are.
Mr brother and i have done vegas and new york a few times and enjoyed, i d def recommened a few days there
.would it be worth getting a flight to new york and staying overnight at a new york airport hotel and the next morning up nice and early for a flight to vegas prehaps?
in regards slots machines..willy wonka is one of a few slots i remember! (i think we did well on those machines as well !!)
secretmachines..thanks for the recommendations !
jonesMUFCforever thanks as well will look into your recommendations too
kind regards1 -
Slotslady all the way !
On bobbys notes, i just logged into my dads Mlife account....
My dad comes with me on the road trips in September, but is a low roller, like $100 a day or less (over 4 days)....
Never had offers in his account before, although an offer for 2 nights in Excal was there early this year...
Just looking at his acccount now, crikey, 2nights in Bellagio, Aria, 3 in MGM/Mand/Mirage and 4 in Lux/Exca/NY , with $40 FP & $50RC !
Crikey, it even offers him a 1bed tower suite in the Luxor!
Thats not bad given he barely spends much, and dates go to Nov 21 inc weekends!
Thats bonkers, but a sign of the times they need to entice players!
