Why did the carpenter come round then?! And not mention it then?! It's so rude, I hate it when tradespeople do that. I hope you can find someone else who'll be able to deliver.

I find its when they don't want to do the job, or they want to know how big the job is. so they come round - do a quick estimate of the profit and if it doesn't go kerching they will say they are busy.

Shame about the tradesman - he should've let you know. But at least you know now and he's not stringing you along. Does he have another contact in his network that he can recommend?

I'd say the cloudy skies can lower the spirits at times . The weight issues don't seem to be a problem from what I can see . You eat the perfect food , you're cycling , walking and doing all the house tenovations etc . I'd say just carry on the way you're going and you'll see the difference eventually .Before I met james , I spoke to a really nice bloke on the phone who was local but so so busy for about 3 months . The sound of a good tradesperson . Shame your potential person never let you know . Still, you'll find someone soon .
I'll leave it there ...If you have built castles in the air, your work should not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them
