Why did the carpenter come round then?! And not mention it then?! It's so rude, I hate it when tradespeople do that. I hope you can find someone else who'll be able to deliver.

I find its when they don't want to do the job, or they want to know how big the job is.  so they come round - do a quick estimate of the profit and if it doesn't go kerching they will say they are busy.

not great CS, but they can't know everythingfrom  a call.  what is bad is not saying so straight away and leaving you to chase

I agree - that really helped me think about my clothes and how I want life to be in the future... how good it is though we can order and try and then decide no! Rather than never knowing !

Shame about the tradesman - he should've let you know. But at least you know now and he's not stringing you along. Does he have another contact in his network that he can recommend?

Glad the dress was good. I think the disappearance of the sun has clouded people's mood and energy. Hopefully the sun is due back soon.

I'd say the cloudy skies can lower the spirits at times . The weight issues don't seem to be a problem from what I can see . You eat the perfect food , you're cycling , walking and doing all the house tenovations etc . I'd say just carry on the way you're going and you'll see the difference eventually . 

Before I met james , I spoke to a really nice bloke  on the phone who was local  but so so busy for about 3 months . The sound of a good tradesperson . Shame your potential person never let you know . Still, you'll find someone soon .
I'll leave it there ...

Thanks There is someone else who can do the shelves. He drives me a bit mad but he will get the job done so I'll have to call him...
