It rained on & off all Thursday afternoon - DH got wet coming back from sm. Yippee 🥳 we do go pan shopping & managed to avoid the rain 👏 Tried out the specific pans I was considering & fell in love with them 🥰 Unfortunately the 3 pan set was not in stock, so had to order them 🙁 Rather than go straight home, we had a look around J*hn L*w*s - I treated myself to a planner 😉 - maybe I will get some decluttering done 😆 & then we popped into W**tr*se - admired the meat & fish counters & bought a few bits & bobs including bread flour 🥳 and yeast 🥳🥳 All in all out for just over 2 hours.
unfortunately by the time we got home I didn’t want to cook - so had curries delivered for DH & I but Chinese for DSis. DH surprised her by ordering banana fritters - she was soooo happy 🙂 Enough food left for Friday night’s dinner. The other successes of the day - got some cash & posted letters.

Excellent work garden_girl_2 👏 especially on the not buying books 👏
Oh dear ailz95 ☹️ what a nightmare. Hopefully Jim & Julia will be able to protect you against further mice incursions 🤞. When is MiL 100? I think you might have to put in a request for a card from the Queen.
I shouldn’t smile really TC77, but I just had a picture of mice in little cars racing around your skirting boards 🤣 Great work on the decluttering 👏 - not sure about throwing out DD2 😉😉 🤣BE KIND. I made the decision to go through the DGC's toys today and now I have another cs bag full of various small toy items, pirate figures, toy army paraphernalia, lorries, boats etc, 2 tubs of 70 toy soldiers ( kept a large tub of army figures for justin....... sorry ) Plastic art stencils, a book and a junior learning laptop are all at the ready too. Also in the bag a gold coloured handbag, used only once for DD's wedding ( the matching shoes already gone ).Binned a handmade ( by DH ) toy rifle which had seen better days, lots of little broken toys, full colouring books and a plastic tub with a broken lid. Took me longer than expected as I kept remembering the DGC playing with the things when they were little ones, I'm silly I know.Villagelife you made me smile at your list items 1212 to 1214. How did you manage to get rid of various kids ? What's your secret ?Enjoy your decluttering all, take care keep safe.nanFailure is simply the opportunity to begin again, but this time more intelligently10

Only a few little bits of items from me this week. Hardly worth even writing about. Hoping for at least 25 items this weekend though. I have plans to go through quite a few drawers and remove whatever isn't needed or required anymore.
Have a lovely weekend everyone xSeptember 2017 Debt = £25330

Friday was mainly dry with a mixture of bright sunny spells & dark cloudy, damp spells. The one consistent weather phenomenon was the strong, blustery wind 💨 DH & I staked the rest of the potato plants + topped up the compost in the bags/pots/crate - one lot already has flowers 🥳 I harvested another 904g of tomatoes 👏 Then we dug up & composted 4 tomato plants - the foliage smells so tomatoey 😉 MrG (to whom we gave tomatoes a couple of days ago) told us that the tomatoes were delicious & were the best he had tasted since his last visit to Italy 😉 DSis went out to pick up her prescription & did a small sm shop.Dinner was the 2nd half of Thursday’s takeaways.1751 - 1759 Cardboard packaging, plastic takeaway box + 4 plastic lids, kitchen recycling, small glass jar, drinks cans - Recycled

Excellent work villagelife 👏 especially the ‘kids’ Hope you had a good time with your friend 🙂 Oh shame - lids not kids 😉
Brilliant work nannywindow 👏 Sounds like you had a good decluttering session & nothing silly about reminiscing about happier times 🙂 - the thing is you got rid of loads 👏 & you are forgiven for keeping a tub of soldiers - handy for the DGGC 😉😉
Naughty, naughty Nicnak - insert wagging finger emoji 😉 Every single item out is a win 👏
& is ALWAYS worth mentioning 😉
Great work TC77 👏 I don’t envy you the grumpy 16 yo 🙁 Good luck meeting all your deadlines TC77 🤞
Great work Vala-Mal-Doran 👏 Sorting holiday washing & decluttering 👏 Hope you had a lovely time in Cornwall 🙂

Thanks Mrs SD.
Last night I went through some of my drawers and binned around 10 items. Old pencils, rubbers, etc. DD found my pencil case with felts in and wanted to keep it so not entirely decluttered out the house!
What she doesn't know is I went through a couple of her toy drawers too and managed to get rid of a ton of bits of broken things, things that she no longer plays with, and anything where I know the other parts have gone. Up to around 20 items. I still have a lot of drawers to go through tonight. xSeptember 2017 Debt = £25330
