My Decluttering is very pathetic still compared to the rest of you folks.
My tally since I last posted (which was probably a couple of weeks ago) is some no longer matching containers and lids into the recycling; some food bags and labels donated to freegle, and a tidy up of the kitchen drawers.
How many tea towels do you need if you only ever leave things to drain? Asking for a friend again. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

We've been using our washing up water in the garden, after an appeal by South East Water to save water as it's, apparently, low. I bought winter hanging baskets last October and ordered summer ones at the sam time. The summer ones arrived last week and the winter ones are still looking really good, had thought I'd be decluttering them by now. I've taken all the houseplants out of the downstairs loo and put them in the garden, prior to repotting them. So I've had to put up nets in the toilet - held up by magnets as we have metal window frames.
I've got such a lot of stuff for a cs now. I was joking with DH that we'll have to buy a storage box for them - he looked horrified - I'm not sure he realised I was joking.

One thing sold on eBay! Only £10 but every little helps now. Posted it too. Posted another parcel, some mail order socks which were the wrong size. They've been sitting there and I thought I'd missed the return window but it's apparently been extended so off they went. 2 things decluttered, go me!!Magnolia Stellata7

Stellata - I've put a few things on ebay and sold for a few pounds as I don't have space for much more CS.
168 - 169 2 lavender bags to recycling, kept one and emptied it with the intention of refilling at some point (they were my mum's from a long time ago!)
170 Cedar balls put back in drawers after being sanded
171 - 175 photo albums and pair of sandals CS
176 - gardening stuff
177 email sent which has been hanging over and involved scanning etc
178 labelled more photos and are in envelopes ready for putting in albums but that's not something I can face at the moment.

At 3:00 a.m. Saturday DSis persuaded me to walk to the main road to see the fox cubs 😉 Quite disappointing to start - just 2 fox cubs running around & pestering the single adult fox. However, 10 minutes later my patience was rewarded - NOT five fox cubs but SIX - yes you are reading correctly SIX fox cubs. Chasing each other, diving into the bushes & harassing adult fox. Two of them are almost white. It was absolutely magical 🎩 🧙♂️
Saturday was another bright, cloudless, hot & sunny day but with a bit of a chilly breeze. DH pootled about in the garden & garage, DSis did sweet f.a. Delivered a bag of hg lettuce to neighbour J. Then I spent a couple of hours sorting out paperwork - everything done - cheques written, raffles entered, bank statements checked, checked all old charity raffles (no wins but never really the point for me 😉), everything filed or recycled or shredded. Feeling rather chuffed with myself 😉 A restricted amount of AB2 indoors, some reading outdoors. The TV was not put on until 8:00 p.m. 😇 Dinner was another salad with cold meats for DH & I. DSis made her version of a chicken Caesar salad using hg lettuce.

Nice to see you elsien 👋 Wagging finger - Every item out is a win & don’t forget you have 2 Gold Stars ⭐️ ⭐️ . Great work sorting out the kitchen drawers - medal 🏅 for that 🙂 Re the teatowels - you can never have too many 😂 However, if you have any you don’t particularly like or are past their best, you can do what I do - use them to wash & dry the kitchen floor & then bin.ailz95, Good on you using your washing up water for the garden 😇 I would have loved to see your DH’s face 🤣
Good work stellata 👏 Every little bit helps especially if you can earn a few pennies as well 🙂
Great work TC77 👏 Shame you have gone completely off piste with your numbering 😉😂 😉 - I thought I had lost the plot 😉 So I have investigated & details are as follows:- Start off point is on Page 196 = 1016. You then had +6, +19, +1 on p197 followed by +5, +8 on p198, then +8 on p199, next +6, +2 on p200 & finally +11 on p201 Therefore your current running total is 1082 with 4 Gold Stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

845 bathroom scales - a replacement has been in the bathroom for a while!
846-847 a couple of take away foil containers. Had been reused a few times especially when we have a BBQ.
Elsien I also have too many tea towels but can't get rid of any but as MrsSD does I have a couple of old ones for the floor.8 -
Thank you Mrs SD
1083 another lavender bag recycled
Cleaned the kitchen this morning and breakfast in thegthe garden - small garden but quiet and some red geraniums - almost imagine being in the med! Putting things that don't belong by the microwave ( hairbands/ bulldog clips/ in a box and hopefully some will exit the house .8 -
Thank you Mrs SD.
Although it's fair to say that none of the tea towels will be anywhere near past their best, possibly for the next millenium or so.
Half a cupboard today, but only some tatty cloth bags for the recycling. Fell at the hurdle of the bottom half stuffed full of plastic bags and headed outside for a spot of gardening instead.
And cleared the crap that had accumulated on the kitchen surfaces again. It does make me feel better not seeing "stuff" everywhere. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
