Decluttering dilemma.
I have a load of lead crystal glasses that belonged to my grandmother. She had them for donkeys years and they were never used - most still had the labels on.
She left them to me when she passed, initially threatening me that if I broke any she'd come back and haunt me. After negotiations we agreed I'd take them if she accepted I would use them, and if using them meant breakages so be it.
Some of them I do use, and they are lovely. But some of them (particularly the little thimble sized ones) I have no idea what they're for and suspect the days of lady like sipping are long gone. So I looked into selling or donating them, but in the antique shops there's lots of them and so low priced I suspect there's no real demand. But I don't want my grandmother's prize possessions to sit unloved on a shop shelf before being dumped. I'm not using them but I still care what happens to them.
Help. What do I do?

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.8 -
How about asking your family if anyone would like them. They would go to a good home and be treasured by someone who remembered and loved your granny.10

The thimble sized ones are possibly liqueur glasses, from the time a tiny glass was served after dinner.9

I bought the tiny ones because I think they are cute and make me smile, and not clutter to me! Maybe someone on eBay wants them. Then they won’t be sat in a shop?
