I can not open my profile and I cannot create one - nothing happens when I click anything from the drop down menu

But you see the Profile Manager, right?

Ah... I just realised I said to type "firefox /p" to open the Profile Manager. I should have said "firefox -P". :o

So...and no disrespect, but I don't think you have the competency to repair this machine...if you see nothing...take it to the PC repiar shop, everything I said or linked you too was straight from Google..sorry I forgot you don't use Chrome, so you probably use a diffferent search engine like Yahoo.

So i think from you're other thread you need to clean install this machine, and don't bleat about w10 not being available..all the info has already been supplied to you .....bonne chance
