I get this issue with lots of payments to lots of accounts, as ED-1 says, just be sure of your account info before sending and you should be ok

I now know I got one of the credit questions wrong. They then phoned and said could  I send ID doc and to do this online. I did this  about the 20 November.  I was advised I would hear within two business days but still waiting. I only did it for the wine.

assuming you've done the rest of the requirements? funded savings with 1k and left it there, DL'd the App? etc.

Yes, 1K in savings, 2 DDs switched.I'm just triggering one of the DDs.
Did anyone get a mention of the wine offer as part of the switching processs confirmation?

Not really, but had an email today headed 'Don't miss out on your Virgin Wines reward' reminding me i have steps to complete.

I've looked through the whole website and can't find a specfic number!

I guess in that case there is no limit.

There is no limit but you'd be well advised not to keep more than £85k in total, across all your Virgin Money accounts.
