    Not all banks offer confirmation of payee. As long as you double check the account number you can proceed.

    I've just done a transfer using another account/bank, similar message but I proceeded with the payment. All good it landed instantly in my VM account. So the way it was worded with FD was just a warning I guess to the new payment I set up and to double check. At least I know we are up and running.👍

  • I get this issue with lots of payments to lots of accounts, as ED-1 says, just be sure of your account info before sending and you should be ok

    switch completed 4/12, wine code arrived and claimed today.  :)

    assuming you've done the rest of the requirements? funded savings with 1k and left it there, DL'd the App? etc.

    Yes, 1K in savings, 2 DDs switched.I'm just triggering one of the DDs.
    Did anyone get a mention of the wine offer as part of the switching processs confirmation?

    Not really, but had an email today headed 'Don't miss out on your Virgin Wines reward' reminding me i have steps to complete.
