This was a May account. The first one was a November one that paid out, after initial rejection, in April.
The key question now is... do I take up their current offer!? Hmmm....0 -

Hmmm....Once upon a time was "Ask Jeeves", I asked Quidco Transaction Integrity Manager, second part of answer I would not accept if rejected being as multiple account transactions have previously been paid and merchant terms of current offer do not exclude multiple accounts having been previously opened and/or cashback paid ......."You can attempt it but I would think if you already have multiple current accounts with them, then it will not be eligible for cashback."0 -

They do state: "If you open more than one TSB Spend & Save account via Quidco, you will only be paid cashback on the first account you open.", which is a tad annoying but at least it is fair enough and clear. No mention of multiple current accounts. Although, as per Zanderman, not many people are likely to have multiple TSB current accounts for much longer.......

TSB have just come back to me regarding complaint I made ----TSB have seen all of Quidcos complaint responses17 May transaction which Quidco rejected on 17 September which was subsequently paid on 12 October after claim against rejection was submitted, TSB inform me cashback was paid by them on 17 September27 October 2019 non tracking claim submitted 12 December, no updates since then, TSB inform me they paid Quidco for this on 26 February and have given me a payment reference number to give to Quidco. ( I know others are waiting for 1st transaction to be paid following non tracking claim around same time as well)1

( I know others are waiting for 1st transaction to be paid following non tracking claim around same time as well)I didn't receive the £50 cashback from my 2019 transaction either. I have a claim open (had been rejected twice) but had pretty much given up on it. Hadn't thought that Quidco might have just pocketed itAnd the irony is, I only opened one TSB classic, so I've not even received a Quid from Quidcon.
Retired 1st July 2021.
This is not investment advice.
Your money may go "down and up and down and up and down and up and down ... down and up and down and up and down and up and down ... I got all tricked up and came up to this thing, lookin' so fire hot, a twenty out of ten..."1 -
"also don't think it helps to go to the TSB CEO (unless, perhaps, TSB refuse to pay up) because our 'contract' is with Quidco, not with TSB"In addition to complaining to Quidco I complained to TSB, CEO, appropriate person assigned to deal with complaint who contacted department within TSB that deals with Quidco payments as I have said here https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/comment/77681715#Comment_77681715"had I not complained/contacted the merchant in this case TSB, Quidco it would appear would have gained £50 x2 plus ....
