"If you open more than one TSB Spend & Save account via Quidco, you will only be paid cashback on the first account you open."2

Interesting, since none of us have applied for a TSB spend and save account before, since it's a new account, does this mean we can apply via Quidco and be eligible for cashback?

I'm afraid that as I can see that you have been with TSB before you'd be ineligible for cashback on that one"That possible reason became doubted when declined cashback claim was initiated 23 September "We'd usually advise that terms posted on third party sites such as forums or newspaper articles we'd have no control of so always recommend referring to the terms on our site. However, I appreciate what you are saying in regards to this and please be assured that we'll do all that we can to get a resolution for you, we'll continue to investigate the confusion with the terms too with them."0

This could cause confusion. 'Cashback' here (changing from an existing TSB current account, other than from a Classic) refers to the £5 per month and not the Quidco cashback. Had to think twice after seeing it as it's not possible to change an existing account through Quidco.0 -

Quidco's compliance system will likely flag up any more TSB accounts opened if it flagged up the last one(s) as on Quidco's system it doesn't distinguish between types of TSB account - the merchant is TSB Current Account. Arguing the accounts are separate offers doesn't wash with TIM if the system blocks your Quidco account. It didn't when distinguishing Classic Plus and Classic for me3 -

I am deeply distrustfull of Quidco now but I will apply for a spend and save, no earlier than 1st October obviously! just the one as per t&c. If they don’t pay out I don’t care too much as it’s not that much time and would actually try the 30 transactions for a fiver a month for the first six months.1
