Hi XXX
The account was blocked by the system because you had more than one TSB sale.
I did wonder why system did not detect more than one TSB sale Months ago being as would have been people reporting here that they had been paid for multiple TSB transactions that would have caused more to do multiple TSB transactions ....

So they may have set the system up to detect 2+ accounts opened even though they were opened under the previous offer where no limit was stipulated on Classic current account.Im still waiting for a decision the integrity manager is discussing it with tsb apparently.1 -

Hi xxxx
I am going to release the account but if there's any abuse of the offers in future the account will be closed.
Regards the TSB sales, I appreciate you have done a little clever work but please watch the limits on free clicks and future offers.
Kind regards
Also 2 x £50 requested as a Bank Transfer, 19 May transaction rejected, re October non tracking claim this morning I sent screenshot of most recent transactions in respect of first TSB account opened via Quidco, also mentioned i have been carrying out required transactions as per T+C every month since the account was opened.

Transaction Integrity Manager
Terrible, terrible, reflection on their company's image.
Firstly, Quidco fails to issue clear terms.
Secondly, they blame their customers for totally complying with their terms.
Thirdly, they are warning their customers to not try again to not comply with their unwritten terms.
They are not trying very hard to uphold the image of a reputable company, are they.

It would be very interesting to see what the Mail would make of Quidco's most recent actions.
They were shown in a pretty bad light last time.
Attempting to confiscate members legitimately earned cashback, and then keeping it for themselves, to me seems much worse!

Why the Quidco Transaction Integrity Manager (lol is that even a real thing!) cares about an offer being ‘abused’ when the abusee tsb never said they cared how many accounts got opened who knows. Sounds like a dingo killing its prey and a lazy predator waddles into view and decides that’s ‘my’ dinner (claws ate).3 -

I asked the transaction integrity manager why the transaction were not question prior to them being confirmed but got no response to that.

Don't they realise they just turn people off using them.Think it’s a good idea for anyone still to query this to go via complaints@quidco.com first so that the TIM has to send responses to both the complainant and the complaints dept.1 -
Making good progress

Well done Colsten.
I've Just tried to log into my Quidco account and surprise, surprise it has been blocked.
My wife's account has also suffered a similar fate.
The message asking me to contact the Quidco support team is a "broken link". Does anybody have a contact email address for them?
Also, I'd be grateful if whoever contacted the Mail last time could pm me the contact details they used, just in case it comes to that.
