I have sent the screenshots - will report what happens.
Bear in mind that Ed-1's experience a few weeks ago did not go well (He was just blocked - unless he hasn't given us updated feedback)
But reviewing his posts he did have "6 x £50 confirmed + 4 x £65 pending" TSB amounts
So perhaps it may be a question of degree..?2 -
@quidco_Company_Representative - it would be great to have your input on this debacle.3

My account is now unblocked. I sent an email to complaints address initially and then followed up with snapshot from my online bank account and they have unblocked my account. Both of my TSB accounts (applied only 2) show in confirmed status.

Did you send screen shots from both accounts?1 -
Just seen my cashback, then my blocked account 😳 and now realised it’s happening to everyone 🤦🏾♀️. Really regretting joining TSB. How quickly are they unblocking the account? I’ve sent a snapshot of account, welcome letter and statement with all personal info hidden.

I can't find any welcome letter, it's so long ago since I opened the accounts. So I just made a screenshot, and explained that the Classic accounts have now been renamed by Quidco. Although I doubt the operative at Quidco will understand......
Well done Ghostcrawler for getting access to your account again. Let's hope the rest of us will be equally successful.1 -

cant withdraw yet as its only confirmed and not in paid status, so another couple of months may be (hope not). I just sent snapshot of my dashboard from online banking account. But note that when these accounts were opened I had renamed my account for my benefit and to locate Quidco v/s non-Quidco accounts, had "Quidco" prefixed. Now I dont know if that trigerred for them to verify and reactivate my account so quickly.
