    Quidco really can't afford to block and lose such a large and vigorous group  (meaning us ) of high earners  for them.

  • I sent  2 screenshots showing all TSB  accounts and confirmed they are all personal accounts

    Well, I only opened one TSB classic Plus on 15th April 2020 and Classic account on 20th April. Both of them tracked without a fail and today is the day I got two emails from Quidco that both cashback claims are confirmed. However, my Quidco account has now been suspended as well. Perhaps Quidco assumes that anyone going for more than one current account is abusing an offer.

    Then why not just stipulate ONE in the terms?
  • Also need to keep in mind that the terms were not clear when most of us opened the accounts. So they might push everyone to the current T&C and try to reject it. So its important when the accounts were created with what terms.

    Totally agree. In any case, it wouldn't be up to Quidco to decide how many you can "purchase". TSB are the ones who pay, not Quidco. TSB obviously changed to offer when they withdrew the Classic account from sale, and their systems are controlling the number of TSB Plus account you can have. There has never been a system or T&C limitation to the number of Classic accounts you could have, nor did the Quidco offer stipulate any limits.

    I just got this

    ""Our system has identified your account in our compliance checks.
    Can you please help us verify your  TSB Current Accounts purchases by providing;
    • Order confirmations
    • Payment confirmation such as a Bank statement (Please block out none relevant information such as Sort Code and Bank account number).
    I know this may be frustrating, but I hope you can appreciate that we have to complete certain checks on members accounts."'

    So as someone said earlier, they're going along the lines of some ordinary purchase which would have an order number

    Presumably screenshots of TSB bank accounts would suffice?
  • Is there an email add for Quidco customer support?

    May be time to wake up Joseph Quidco company representative on mse! It did take them a while to say anything sensible in the January troubles but his input did help plus the publicity of the issue. Might now be Ashleigh. Thread in shop but don’t drop, Quidco questions and answers page 382.

    At the moment we will be getting the scripted non helpful jumping through hoops ‘solutions’ that don’t make sense like this ‘purchase‘ of a bank account.
