Is a pretty daft request. Seems they are using their standard emails for product purchases. I have sent a screenshot of my TSB Home page from the app, with account numbers etc blanked out, as they requested. Not sure they consider this enough

Claims that get confirmed tend to be awaiting retailer to formally pay the cashback, emails received today were stating the cashback was confirmed. that means is payable for the user to decide how/where he/she wants the cashback paid to .....aka withdrawableGhostcrawler said:Yorkshire_Pud said:
Does that mean you can withdraw the cashback?!Ghostcrawler said:My account is now unblocked. I sent an email to complaints address initially and then followed up with snapshot from my online bank account and they have unblocked my account. Both of my TSB accounts (applied only 2) show in confirmed status.
Did you send screen shots from both accounts?
cant withdraw yet as its only confirmed and not in paid status,

Thinking back after the CB becomes Confirmed there may be a delay until it becomes Payable. It’s after the CB becomes Payable that you can withdraw by choosing one of the options, but BACs only for this offer though IIRC.bristolleedsfan said:

Quidco operates different to TCB, TCB transactions go from pending to confirmed to payable, with Quidco it is as I said in my post above your reply

but i also have some transactions that are in paid status and it only went to paid after it was confirmed. So I thought once it is confirmed need to wait more to get it paid into my account so that I can decide how I want to withdraw (BACS or in any voucher/gift card mode)

Whenever I get transaction confirmed email from Quidco like i did today, when I log in ( if i can log in) the transactions that were referred to in email as confirmed are payable ...... Had I (and others) been able to log in today to Quidco account those TSB transactions would have been payable

Previous TSB transaction that went payable month or so ago I chose to have the funds by Paypal, could have had the funds via gift cardYorkshire_Pud said:

Can you withdraw it now? I’ve just read up and agree with bristolleedsfan, once CB is Confirmed the money should be in your account for withdrawal. Only thing that occurs to me is with the serial blocking of accounts the cashback is being retained by Quidco either temporarily or permanently if they pull the stunt they did on Ed-1. So then even after getting access to your account as you have the money hasn’t been put in your account?Ghostcrawler said:bristolleedsfan said:

"When we receive the money for this purchase, we convert that into cashback and update your tracked purchase to ‘confirmed’. This means that your cashback is ready for withdrawal. You can withdraw your earnings from your payments page"

I have not tried withdrawing, neither I want to as of now. But certainly my "Earnings" and "Payable cashback" have gone up by £50+£65. So this brings to my another question, what does "paid" status means as mentioned earlier, I have some transactions that says "paid" and I have never withdrawn from Quidco.Yorkshire_Pud said:
