dum de dum tsb dum de dum Quidco dumb de dumb.............question is do I idiot proof the process and continue with the pay in and pay out for a fourth month even though it was only for the first three months?
I still have the full £1.5K in mine and will keep it that way for now and use the card from time to time.

I have received my cashback decline email from Quidco.
My initial cashback didn't track so had to put a claim in which was towards the end of November 2019. Just over 3 months after, they have declined the cashback No explanation as to why. I have definitely followed the terms and conditions as stated on Quidco. I have sent an email to Joseph the Quidco Rep to ask for some input. Would be interested to know if anyone else has been declined or if their cashback has gone payable.

Could be any number of reason for cashback decline, including of course a Quidco or tsb !!!!!! up.0 -

If anyone complains direct to TSB via its website about declines would be prudent to mention fact T+C are published on Quidco website available for all to see or to attach a screenshot of Quidco/TSB, T+C adding that TSB can check TSB account to ascertain of T+C have been met to avoid possible response from TSB that it does not have access to Quidco database thus cannot know if T+C have been complied with and to contact Quidco about declines.Worth adding that whilst it is Cashback Site who offers/promotes Cashback on behalf of retailer/merchant it is retailer/merchant who makes decision as to whether cashback is paid.1

I have now had a response from Quidco saying that the retailer's decision is that the claim is not payable as the terms and conditions have been breached. That is a final decision. I have been offered £10 by Quidco as a goodwill gesture from them. To say I'm frustrated at the lack of explanation as to how the T&C's have been 'breached' is an understatement. Any advice on how or which way to take this further?1

I have never known Quidco to offer a goodwill gesture for a declined transaction. I've had them pay up front when waiting for funds which have been confirmed to them, but not yet paid.
I wouldn't ordinary say complain to TSB direct, but if Quidco can't answer how you breached the T&C's or send a declined claim, then it's worth a try.
I did this once with Topcashback on a declined purchase for 3 and 3 credited my 3 account straight away with the cashback without question and then Topcashback later paid on the declined purchase when they put a declined claim in.1 -
