Mine is still showing as tracked and nothing more.
My 3 months was the 19th of February.0 -
If you open a new account through Quidco now, the estimated payment date shows as around 5 months later.0

There was never anything that suggested payment would be made after 3 months. All that is mentioned in the context of 3 months is that
"Cashback is only available if for the first three months from account opening you pay in at least £500 each month and make two transactions per month"
and
"All opened accounts are run through extensive validation checks and cashback will only be paid on valid opened accounts. The eligibility is checked 90 days after the account is opened"
I am afraid, they can take as long as they wish and it's a matter of waiting longer still. I reckon that it would be fair enough to ask for progress about a month after your 90 days are up. Helpfully (?!?), Quidco don't offer a complaint type for "WTH is my cashback", so I would raise a "Missing cashback" claim.
The alternative could be to, persistently, ask the official Quidco rep in this thread: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/comment/76824436. He is already aware of the drama we experienced so far but he might need some repeat prodding to do anything.1 -
I was already prepped from an earlier reply by colsten not to expect any decision or payment after 90 days and one week after the first eligible account passed that mill I mean milestone that’s exactly the case, “ still awaiting retailer decision”.
dum de dum tsb dum de dum Quidco dumb de dumb.............question is do I idiot proof the process and continue with the pay in and pay out for a fourth month even though it was only for the first three months?0 -
