Sorry if this is in the wrong place.. I did start my own thread but think perhaps others have added to it. I am getting notifications from this one so maybe this is it? Anyway I’ve read the ‘Newbies’ but would just like to check... and if someone would clarify for me I would be very grateful
    UKCPS ditto many other stories
    I appealed - appeal rejected
    Final Notice Letter received
Do I now appeal to POPLA?
Should I also be sending ‘Formal Complaints About UKCPS’ letters to BPA? Joanne Roney?

    Here is your original thread

This contains instructions about working with others. Do not publish your e-mail address on here. Do PM (private message) other posters who are in the same boat. Read the Newbies thread - from your questions you clearly have not yet!

    Obviously there is no POPLA.

Obviously you can't complain to the BPA because UKCPS are not in the BPA AOS.

    Please read the NEWBIES thread!

I have now received a letter from 'Debt Recovery Plus'. What powers do they have? Should I call them? I could cry... but I wont!

Why ask about DRP when on the NEWBIES thread post #1 and post #4 (where there are pics of said laughable letters) I practically cry begging people NOT to post about tedious old DRP...?

Debt Recovery Plus letter- I know not to do anything with this.
I have not yet complained to DVLA / My local MP etc... Is it not too late to do so?
