Been at 2nd home all day, too much bending and standing has led to a few annoyed body parts. Sorted my GH and prepped it ready for tom plants. Had a good catch up with my mate. It's been warm and sunny and I had a nice shower when I got in.

Deliveries have been added to my beauty bag, the remainder should arrive tomorrow.

I'm about to have chicken and chips and doubt I'll move from my chair!

Glad you got a massage! Could you program that in more regularly if it helps.

Glad you enjoyed your allotment too. Always nice to catch up with a friend and get outside.

    Thank you FP and SH

At the moment I don't have the spare money to cover the cost of regular massages for myself but have found some exercises to do, have a special ball from TomBo and I'm carrying on with C8D oil.
    - I'm also very relaxed at the salon and while doing treatments which will benefit me long-term.

Got my hot wax course this week, need to order my posh facial products and have their free training, waiting to hear about the 1-2-1 for the posh wax I've got. That everything for 'beauty'.

Facials and IHM are hot topic and bestie is doing a great job of cross selling, I'm doing well with promo and other one ("Buddy") is dropping bits in to client chats.

What I've started doing is treatments done ÷ hours worked = hourly rate for that day.
    - Friday was £7.50ph.
    - Saturday was £0 BUT I've sold an IHM voucher so when that goes ahead I'll pay myself.

I'm trying to make a bit more than the week before, while setting sights on reaching my current pre-deduction hourly day job rate, maintain that and then keep building up.

So far I've 3 treatments booked in for next week, ive advance bookings in April too. Bestie can't believe it's taken off so quickly, Buddy knows I'll soon be fully booked as word is spreading.

I've been trying for a few days to book the anatomy course, but there seems to be an error with the payment service. I also spotted a pre-blended aroma courses under £100, a bundle of aroma courses, blending, advanced and holistic facial under £200, and loads of others I can do down the line.

I'm so very pleased with where I'm at ☺️

I'm glad you are enjoying yourself. If you are treating it as a business venture - my one caution would be to avoid getting too carried away with all the training possibilities as you are giving yourself a higher mountain to climb before you make your first real profit. Only you know what the right balance is.

    Thanks SH

It always was going to be a venture, I've just set my sights higher and the quicker I get this level of courses done the more I can cater to requirements and mental space I'll have before tackling higher levels of a couple of things.
    - I've just resigned from my volunteering job!

I need to do the anatomy course to gain access to massage, need the massage course to gain access to hot stones. I could put a hold on the aroma side and just do the pre-blended but again need the first two courses.

As for the cost, I'm happy to do the remaining training online as it all comes in cheaper than the Swedish Massage cost with my usual trainer.

I'll figure it all out 😀

    Thanks SH

Something had to give and I should have left years ago.

Unfortunately, I've pulled a few more muscles while still waiting for my other one to heal. Got meds from Dr as screaming in pain isn't nice. My tens machine has been on constantly and I've arranged a few sessions with a local therapist and will find the money for monthly self-care appointments with her.

I attended training today, just have to provide two case studies to complete the course. I did really well during training, even with how I am and a couple of squeaks / gasps as I squished the painful parts pulling the wax off 🤭

I'm registered for the anatomy course £57 (with AG) and will do that off my laptop. Nearly finished a free course with the same place, just need to submit some case studies using real clients.

Found another training company (P&P), for the massage based courses. I have sent them a message and have grabbed several free courses whilst a blip is sorted out.

With AG I can do a pre-blended oils course for £97, and / or a bundle; aroma blending, advanced aroma and holistic facial for £197.
With P&P it would cost £347 for for Swedish, stones and crystals.

Together they are under what my normal trainer is charging just for Swedish and I gain more services to offer clients.

I'm resting for the evening 😊

To do list for the week:
    - pop to 2nd home
    - learn to take beauty photos
    - practice new wax on me
    - do free courses
    - start anatomy course
