I'm just so so happy for you. You've overcome such a lot of negativity and nastiness and now the floodgates are open for you to move on to a happy fullfilling future. You deserve it. XXX

Sometimes, you have to learn to forgive yourself.

Thank you Chrystal and Skinty
I'm currently being ignored, which isn't good considering how accomodating and financially helpful I've been. They're fully aware of deadlines I am working to, in writing and said several times, and know the concerns / risk what they want could go horribly wrong.
On to happier things, I now have working a/c and have to read my instructions to see how to use it as I don't know if the fan has to be on or just the button 🤭 oil filter and change all done and I had a good chat with the garage guy.
- just checked my invoice and it's a mini service they did, which explains why it cost £202.84 for everything; I've enough left for my insurance this month, have to start filling the pot up again.
Went to the grain shop, picked up stuff for SIL and various peas, beans, nibbles for us. Spent £20.70 and declined cash from SIL for her bits.
- just fruit, veg, milk etc to buy this month.
I've been to a cafe twice, had a can of pop for breakfast, veggie sausage, chips and pop for lunch. Also worked on my module both times. Total spend £6.50.
I've split P1 of my module into three smaller parts (A) identifying (B ) write outline (C) final draft. (A) was done over breakfast, (B ) was started over lunch. Just leaves the remainder of (B ) and all of (C) to do this week and that's P1 done 😃
I also made it to the beach, tide was out and it seemed like the water was miles away. Took a few photos and had a sit down just to look out into the distance.
I've done way too much walking, carried too much while doing it and I'm back home with my feet up.

I am really pleased you've found a study method that is working for you.

Thank you SH, just seemed the most natural way to work through it.
I'd filled my rucksack at the grain shop, not thinking about carrying the weight round until I got my car back.
I've had a stretch out on the bed as I couldn't sit up any more. TomBo came through after work, I thought he said something about pizza and it planted the idea of chips in his head!
The sun has come out, but watering can wait until tomorrow.
I'm having chips and salad for tea. We'll watch old sci fi.

Thanks Skinty, it's settled and my spine is no longer wanting to escape 🤭 I'll have to plan my next trip out and decide where I'm going.
Enjoyed my chips and salad, definitely have that again.
Time to get on with P2, all handwritten, then I'll expand electronically. That's the next few days organised.
I'll be having leftover daal and rice for lunch.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.2 -
I now have an unconditional job offer and I'll be starting in less than 3 weeks. Just waiting for the paperwork to come through and I'll get to find out my salary; still expecting it to be the first one of the grade.
- boss was actually polite and friendly this time.
As for this module, I've had a productive day, got all the groundwork done and I'll type it tomorrow.
I've enough time to get the bulk of this module done before starting with the LA, learn my new role while doing any tweaks and that's this one finished.
There'll be a few weeks of just working before I start my next module and technically this role will end before I sit the exam; if it's extended I'll take holiday. If the role isn't extended I'll have a few non-working weeks, take my exam and then look for a new job.
My gamble paid off off leaving with no confirmed job and my savings won't be touched as I'll get paid in 6 weeks; I've even got more than enough money for petrol until I'm WAH.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.4 -
Great news. 🤗 It’s all worked out well. Hopefully the new boss will turn out ok & maybe they were just having an off day last time although you could do without them taking it out on you.0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

Thanks Skinty
Like a totally different person, nattering away, saying about looking forward to working with me, how I'll fit right in and to do a bit of reading for a background to the work, even picked a buddy out for me and planned the training while speaking. All I can think is she doesn't relax until all the checks have been done and someone is definitely starting.
I'll have to buy a few office outfits, as I've dropped two sizes since buying the last lot, and will have a mooch round charity shops. I've set a budget of £20.
There is some underlying sad news, one of my family has terminal c. It's hit me hard as I've lost too many years with them already. I'm planning a visit.
We had stir fry with noodles for tea, I've had tangerines for pudding.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.3
