All sounds very relaxing. I too have been exhausted today and went back to bed for a nap. Hopefully I will have more energy tomorrow.Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

Maybe too relaxing or its my usual I've stopped as did my body! Perhaps it's the same with you SH?
I've got the flat to myself for a while tomorrow, planning a pamper and I'd like to do a painting, but that may have to wait for the next day.
Can you believe I've got lots of days before I'm back in work 🤭 I'm not counting, but savouring them instead 😀Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.2 -
HI MF
I'd driven about 400 miles in 3 days so that's a lot! I imagine your recent drive and social caught up with you too. I was with 15 other people yesterday - given I am mostly just with a handful even if I go into work that's a lot of social! I had planned to paint today but I didn't even have the energy for that. I'm sat in my super soft hoodie and nightie and leggings instead and just relaxing...Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

Without a doubt SH, I did over 400m in one day.
Thanks Skinty!
TomBo is at work and messaged me a few times, I've had an early start and sat on the sofa.
I want to paint, but don't quite feel the right inspiration at the moment. I've decided to bring my stuff through to the lounge when I do as I can do it sitting down.
I must try and have a pamper (shower), but again don't feel up to it.
Part of me thinks go back to bed, but it feels like a waste of my day and I need to be on hand to support sibling.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.2 -
Morning,
Do you have a painting you are working on atm or are you starting a new one? Maybe imagining what you intend to do will help with inspiration.
Or perhaps pop a movie on.
Hope you have a nice say.Mortgage Aug 2019 161,000 :eek::eek::eek:Nov 2019 156,500:T Jan 2020 153,122:T, Apr 2020 149,500, Apr2021 139, 675, Oct 2021 136,823, Dec 2021 136,120🙂EF 0/12,000 (0%)😕 (5062.44 was ERC), Jan 2023 128,650. Thanks LW2G
I've one I have been working on, but don't like it. I'm looking to start a new one and know what I'll be painting (I tend to do a similar thing each time), just don't have the inclination as I'm too tired. This is the first proper time off in about 33 months and I'm not zipping around to see people either 😀
I have put the heating on, set myself a time to hop in the shower, then I can settle in to my PJs.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.2 -
Rest is good. It's lovely you want to support your sibling - but can only do that if you look after yourself first.Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

I'm doing the best I can as sibling won't have support from family SH.
I've had my shower, my hair feels clean again. I've been using B-Sh0p ginger shampoo and it's so nice, works a lot better than the b-by shampoo, although it costs a lot more. I'm trying to be a little indulgent.
I've faffed about with my spreadsheets, updated year end pensions, moved a bit to the car pot and just waiting for the CF payment to enable my year end update to be posted.
I received a mix of gardening gifts, San Spa, food and money. TomBo got me thick slipper socks, propagators and a gorgeous set of wooden candle holders. He got food and money, with whiskey, kitchen stuff and cat themed stuff from me.
- part of me thinks be sensible with the money and use it to cover some of my next trip, the other half of me thinks spend it on me and have some fun!
We're having pheasant later, although TomBo is on about turning one into a soup. I've suggested we have the small one as pheasant and veg soup, the larger one as a roast dinner between us. It would be good to have a two course meal.

It's definitely nice to be indulgent and look after yourself.
I spend so much time looking at spreadsheets lol
Enjoy your dinner.Mortgage Aug 2019 161,000 :eek::eek::eek:Nov 2019 156,500:T Jan 2020 153,122:T, Apr 2020 149,500, Apr2021 139, 675, Oct 2021 136,823, Dec 2021 136,120🙂EF 0/12,000 (0%)😕 (5062.44 was ERC), Jan 2023 128,650.
