  • Thanks SH, it was definitely a monster merged parsnip!

I'm currently trying to talk myself out of resigning and lodging a grievance, knowing I could make my savings last 5 months. I've not been this angry in a while 😶😶😡😶😶

    Argh.

I would stick it out. Perhaps give back the extra duties and forgo the payrise.... Keep applying for other jobs. You never know whether you will meet the same people in a future job. I have  :#

So I'm assuming you've finally told them where to shove it, at least I'm hoping you have.

I can't imagine how you wouldn't win a grievance complaint, so keep your chin up. It won't take you long to find another job.   (((hugs))) XX
    I Believe.....
That it isn't always enough, to be forgiven by others.
Sometimes, you have to learn to forgive yourself.

Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery
Today is a gift. That's why it is called the present.

happiness isn't achieved by getting extra things,
but by getting rid of the things that make you unhappy
  • Stick it out if you can for a decent reference. Can understand you wanting to tell them where to stick it!

Stay strong, it is endemic in some of these places and you are totally right to be looking for another job. We know this job is impossible so just do what you can in a day and what cant be done stays for another day, or a week, or a month. Try not to think ahead about this job and focus your energy on looking for another job and nice things like Tombo and gardening and your lovely house and family.

Good luck with the job search. I'm sure you all get something soon. somewhere you are appreciated as a person and the appreciation is reflected in your salary.
