Whilst you're in the thread, if you go towards the top of the screen there's a link that says 'unbookmark'

If you're looking at your list of subscribed / bookmarked threads, then there's a tab to the left of the thread title - if you hover over that it says 'unbookmark', so just click on that

Also...if you click the little Bookmark icon near your profile, in the dropdown there's a link that says 'All Bookmarks' at the bottom where you can get a list of all your bookmarks and unbookmark them...
