Indeed but equally not all areas of the south east are also dropping in price. There was an article recently highlighting parts of that region that were still experiencing large price increases.

That article's content is not reflected in listing price increases for eg Oxford. To the contrary, a quick Rightmove search for Oxford reveals many listings with 'Property Log' price reductions, on the first couple of pages. However, I cannot see a single Property Log listing price increase. Although I now fully expect you will scour through every listing in the South of England to try to find a few Property Log price increases to prove me wrong.This is a system account and does not represent a real person.
