So it's the two neighbours thing. Its something I never thought about. I always assumed the price difference was from actual useful differences such as side access to put the bins out and parking spaces etc... I do understand what the difference in definition is. Just don't understand why one set of neighbours is any different from two given everything else is the same. Thanks.
Not everyone wants two sets of adjoining neighbours. It is a potential source of noise from two sides.
One set of neighbours is too many for us!0 -
Okay guys here's the new listing with the professionals. Any better? Also with regards to all those saying it not a semi at semi pricing etc. What exactly makes it any different. It has rear access round the neighbours garden that sold for 162. It has a bigger rear garden than the semi on the other side? Do some people just hate mid link that much? Personally I think of the energy savings being in the middle haha! Thoughts appreciated.
You also have to consider that the view from your front window is going to be of a metal box on wheels or even 2. The houses that have drives on the side have a view of a front garden. I know which I would prefer.0 -
That is a fair point but I'd also add that the semis only have single file drives and do have to go out and shuffle their cars around. That's a problem we don't have. Just buy a car you like looking at :rotfl:0

Also in need of modernisation so I'm not sure how that one is supposed to relate to the OP's property!0 -

There's a Chrome extension called Property Log that will show you a history of the price drops on the listing.0 -

They won't. What they will do is park one on the drive and the other in the road next to their front garden. You can't do that because you don't have a front garden you have a carpark instead.0
