Hi everyone.
My house has been on the market nearly a week now and I'm yet to have any viewings.
I was hoping you kind people could give me some advice on changes or improvements to help me get some viewings.
This is my listing:

Kind regards

I wouldn't say there is anything wrong with the presentation.
You just need to find the right buyer that is all. A mid terrace property won't be to everyone's taste.0 -
Rooms appear to be small, there's no sizing on the plan or in the listing.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.0

No room dimensions in either the description or (preferably) on the floor plan would put me off as the rooms look quite small in the photos0

Okay thanks.
Just everywhere I'm reading seems to suggest if you haven't had a viewer in the first week. Something needs changed.0 -
I'll get working on adding dimensions0
-
As others say, get the dimensions on the floorplans or at least in the listing itself.
Looks nice, however mid-terrace and artificial turf do put a lot of buyers off. However, I don't know the area so if it's reasonably priced then it's just a case of waiting for the right buyer - it's tough at the moment.0 -
Very well presented if I may say so.:)
I think you just need to be patient.0 -
