As I said as long as they get it then it's not really important. However I like a belt and braces approach so would do both.

They can do what they like on private roads/property. Double red lines on public highways have legal meaning; those on a private road are merely decoration, but the PPC will pursue as if the lines have equivalence with those on public roads. A Judge will decide if they have a case.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

CAG advising me to ignore the PCNs. If VCS cannot take me to court / if you think they do not win at court then my question is, why not ignoring?

    Thanks

They can, and will, take you to court.

    Why are you using CAG?

They are useless re parking charges and too often tell people to ignore stuff that you shouldn't.

Do you have any experience with any parking companies such as my case ?
I've help with tens of thousands over the years and used to run a company doing this.

They will and they can win. If you want to follow CAG advice please feel free and go ahead. Please don't come back asking us to rescue it though. We've had to do it multiple times and sorting out someone else's mess is hard work.

You've been told what might happen so it's up to you now. I think I will leave it there and let others help from now on.

I am going to response to their PCN, they are only my genuine concerns.
I found two different byelaws of Southend airport.
On their website they only provided one which is from 1980
    https://d1z15fh6odiy9s.cloudfront.net/files/sen-byelaws-1983-297c76b8.pdf

And when I google I found this from 1997
    https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/77143/response/195520/attach/3/SKMBT%20C28011071116080.pdf

I phoned Southend borough council to check if 1997 byelaws is the genuine one, if so an old byelaws provided in the southenaiport official website.
