I’m really sorry guys. I am just so worried, as I have received my 4th pcn from the same people!! £400!! One of them says I stayed abiut 20 seconds. If I’m right I’ve got more to come!!! I do not have that much to pay anyway but where I’m gonna to get the money to pay if they go to court.. CAG adviced me completely different. I am more scared after reading some of the court tribunals of VCS.0

The advice isn't actually that dissimilar. You aren't appealing this one. You are sending a message that sets your stall out. You are telling them that if they attempt court you will apply to have it thrown out at their expense.
It's set out in language they understand and has been successful in preventing court papers being issued in the past.
AIUI CAG are simply advising wait for the court papers and defend from there. In itself that isn't a wholly incorrect tactic.
Personally I prefer trying to prevent it getting to the stage of dealing with court papers but it's your call. Both methods can be equally valid.1 -
But on the pcn I do not have an option just to respond, instead appeal ?0

Waamo,
Thank you, they have an email address provided in the pcn but that’s for the data protection officer and it provided separate, ie not in the appeal process box.0 -
Also I’ve got 4 pcn so far. Should I send 4 different email or all in one quoting all pcn references ?0
-
Your response is the appeal, one for each PCN
Follow the appeal process mentioned on each PCN, if email is ok, use it
If not ok, try their website to appeal if they say that is ok1
