    Sorry again. Should I send them any photographs taken? Ie the teems &condition they provided, the bus stop I stopped? Staff from VCS talking to a taxi driver who stopped opposite of the bustop on a red route ��

    You should not appeal, you will lose no matter what you put, they will also now be aware you know the shortcomings of their case, so will attack you from another angle in all probability.

    Follow the previous advice you have been given on appealing - ie send that letter!

    I’ve got some advices from consumer action group Uk. All of them aviced to me ignore the pcns. Not sure what to do!

    Follow their advice if you want. If you do you will undoubtably get a court claim land on your door. When this happens please don't come back asking us to sort out the mess. It happens so often it's tedious.

    I'm fed up with having to clean up the mess from people getting advice here then ignoring it.

    To be fair to the poster who said don't appeal this isn't an appeal as such. It's a warning shot at them. One that they will fully understand and has been used before to good effect.

    So it's your call really. Follow the advice here or stick with somewhere else.
