You are quite likely to get one, VCS always reject appeals, but there is usually much in their rubbish POC to challenge. Its a long job to get rid of them sadly. they will try court even if they know they will lose. As its an airport Bye-laws apply and VCS have no locus standi to issue proceedings on what you did, only magistrates court can deal, not VCS with a Civil Invoice for breach of an imaginary contract that can never exist due to it being a prohibition, not an invitation to park.

Of course, and we know how to win. We are not putting you or your credit rating at risk.

Stop hoping it will be different. In fact the hearing will be when you beat them!

Better than any appeal as you get to do this in person at your court & cost VCS money!

Can we get any freedom of information request to find out exactly how many times VCS have taken people to court? More specifically how many times for tickets issued at airports?

Not any more as far as I am aware. Used to be able to get it at one time (a breakdown of the whole PPC network's court activity), but then there was a refusal.

Whether that was a permanent block, I'm not sure. Why not try and see if there is still one? Costs nothing. Ministry of Justice, I think, is the relevant department.

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

    Hi experts,
Please help. Following the advice I have ignored rest of my letters and today I’ve received a ‘letter before claim’ asking me to pay £350 to prevent VCS approaching the CCJ.
    It’s says impacts the following
    - negative impact of your credit rating
    -prevent future lending
-affect current Employment or future prospects of employment
-enableS enforcement Action to commence such as applying for a warrant of execution.

I am an NHS frontline worker who has been looking after so many COVID patients and witnessing dying people on every single day at work. I am honestly struggling to mentally function and very much overwhelmed thinking why these people are still out for money, not in the right path.

    Please help me.

Read the newbies FAQ sticky thread near the top of the forum , post 2 , about replying to deny the alleged debt , plus email a SAR to the DPO at VCS to obtain all your data

Nothing else can be done until they issue a court claim pack from the CCBC in Northampton , which they have 6 years to try

There is no magic bullet , it's a long drawn out process , this being a halfway stage , where you aren't able to discharge the patient , nor admit them either

VCS are so far up their backsides, it must hurt.   VCS are the masters of Verbal Diarrhoea and the ex clamper Renshaw-smith probably needs to apply "anusol" to solve his problem because ONLY A JUDGE CAN DECIDE and NOT a tin pot parking comapany

A real LBA must give you 30 days to respond you do so by denying any debt with the question "what is your legal authority to add £60£

Simple question, problem is the VCS don't have any legal authority and that is why they get spanked in court and kicked out
