The lawyer I spoke to she told me it is really bad getting a letter from court as this badly affect on the credit score.
A letter from the court does not affect your credit rating, at that point nothing is proven. If you lost in court and paid within the time stipulated their will be no affect on your credit score

Why it’s advised in the newbiethred not to bother appealing to the IAS?
Try reading that part of post #3 of the NEWBIES thread beginning...The 'IAS' offered by IPC companies is considered far worse than POPLA.Here I explain my reasons why I don't recommend trying the appeal at IAS stage...1 -
A PPC only affects a credit file, IF they get a CCJ, and you don't pay up within the 28 days after a judgment.unlikely if defended properly, they usually wet themselves and discontinue when their roboclaim POC is challenged Airport = By-laws which trump any civil claim they try, as they haven't any Locus Standi to sue in a civil court, it would only be magistrates court that could fine you. If they are brave enough to try it on and sue, their business model willbe killed when a Civil Court judge catches on and gives them a kicking for no Locus Standi, no loss to sue on, Beavis cannot apply no matter what VCS might claim.1

Hello wonderful people,
I now recieved letters from VCS regarding the PCNs ‘demand for payment’ of £160. Account had now been passed to debt management team . It says they may commence legance proceedings if I don’t pay on time. They also referenced ‘parkingeye Ltd v Beavis (2015)UKSC 67.
They have provided some contact detail of debt advice ie citizens advice bureau, national debt line.
If I’m understanding right, Newbies advising me to ignore till I receive any court letters.

Who knows, we are all dealing with the dark side here
You said earlier ....

VCS are using scare tactics regarding the Beavis case because part of the ruling clearly said ....
198. ''...The charge has to be and is set at a level which enables the managers to recover the costs of operating the scheme...''
This means NO £60 fake add on ?
The courts are fast becoming aware of the VCS scam and kick them out of court1
