This is a standard basic process you are in. IT is nothing to be concerned about. Stick the money aside now so you can up immediately IF you lose it.
You will notice from the documetns that they cannot hold the keeper liable using the only applicable law, POFA.3 -

This is very small beer indeed, In the very worst case, you would be asked by a judge to pay c@ £200 but we win nearly all court cases, simple because most tickets are scams. From what you have told us IMO you have a good case.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.1

This all assumes the keeper hasn't blabbed about the driver's identity at any point in any correspondence with the scammers.
Parking scammers read this forum, so if the driver hasn't been identified I suggest you spend a while editing all the posts of this thread where the driver has been identified. Only ever refer to The Driver and The Keeper on here.

No point stressing , a loss in court is less than you would get for using a mobile phone whilst driving , or a covid19 breach , it's not ten years in prison4
