Morning! :coffee:
Just a quick check in from me today as this is the time when the marking starts for real - after 10am I will be doing very little else.
Fingers crossed for good news trailing...
There are a couple of other things I need to do in amongst the busy stuff
A couple of loads of washing while the weather is ok
Empty bins and recycling
Change litter trays
Make a rice pudding before my old milk walks out of the fridge on its own
But mostly marking.
Have a good day everyone
Not giving up
Working hard to pay off my debt
Time to take back control

Morning all,
I'm tired, grumpy and going to be powered by coffee today!
Trailing, hope you get some good news!
Todays list
:heart2: up early to get our old king size bed out of the garage ready to be collected by the council (had to be out by 7am) after all the lovely weather we've had, today its raining really heavily and the website says "keep the items as dry as possible as if too wet they'll be too heavy for the staff to collect" why oh why not give us a better item of time of collection then??! I keep anxiously looking out of the window at it which isn't helping!!
:heart2: made a quick packed lunch for ds2 whose gone to a judo camp for the day, forgot to prep this last night when making dh's. Didn't have any bread but he asked if he could have cheese and crackers for a change
:heart2: checked banking/updated spreadsheet and little money shuffle
:heart2: run the dishwasher on the quick wash :A
:heart2: take ds1 into town to meet his friends, we've changed the way we give pocket money etc now so this is the first time he's going to be using his own money for this kind of trip rather then a handout. So all month they've been planning this little trip
:heart2: general tidy round
:heart2: make dh's lunch for tomorrow
:heart2: prep salad ready for tonights meal
Thats about it.
Take care all.Sticking with the "Small things" thread to keep up us on the straight and narrow.

Woke up this morning to evidence of young man having eaten a bagle w peanutbutter and jam, so might have to mention to him that he does need to eat more food at meals!
Having to pilfer from savings agin as was too optimistic in the beginning of the month and well I need to get some gas to get home from work. But then it's a log at home with only a long planned trip on Saturday to go visit uni boy and go for a coastal walk. Free activity but it might require some F&C or burgers for lunch.
Almost done marking at work, can't wait to go home and continue a bit of a holiday mood.Isa help to buy: 1000/3000 33%

Ditty I hope the weather improves for the weekend for you!
Well the bed was finally collected just after 2pm, so I've relaxed a bit now.
Ds1 had a lovely time with his friends and he's come straight home to update his cashbook and checked it against his bank balance
He's already thought of a way of doing the outing a little cheaper by taking a sandwich from home with him too
Need to go and collect ds2 shortly, he was hoping to grade this afternoon so I'm keeping everything crossed!
I haven't yet prepped the salad but its a really cool, wet day so thinking I might make a chicken curry instead....Sticking with the "Small things" thread to keep up us on the straight and narrow.
