I think you should make another complaint to the ICO that your data is now being unlawfully shared with yet another entity.
I think you should also complain to the DVLA using similar wording to C-m's previous suggestion that: -
The scammers have unlawfully requested your data from the DVLA.
Have captured four images of your vehicle but deliberately discarded two of them in order to create a false PCN.
Have failed to respond to an SAR.
I suggest you contact your MP again and tell him/her that since he/she has not bothered to reply to your complaint about this widespread problem, unlike other MPs across the country and across ALL parties, you will not vote for them at the next election. Your whole family has been so distressed by these events that they have decided not to vote for you either.I married my cousin. Thanks Fruitcake I’ll do that! I have just discovered that they did actually send me a SAR but it went into my spam folder so I missed it! I was away on holiday at the time & came back to 100’s of emails, I hope this wont matter too much? They are still lying through their teeth & the hassling phone call is obviously a new tactic!Too much of a good thing can be wonderful!0

Did they respond to all your requests? Did they include the two missing images? If not then add to your new complaint that they have not fully complied with your request and they are still withholding your data.I married my cousin. Thanks but I hadn't done anything else about it as I hadn't heard from them since May (when I sent my complaint letters off as suggested on here requesting SAR etc) so I thought that was the end of it! Then one turned up again last week & off we go again!Too much of a good thing can be wonderful!0 -
The cowboys are ramping it up after I hung up on them when they phoned me last week! I just received the letter below this morning from CIS (credit investigation services)
I still haven't heard back from the ICO - it says they reply within 14 days on the website so a bit concerned I haven had a reply after 16 days?
Are they allowed to send round doorstop collectors? Not that we would let them in anyway!
I’m not sure what to do next apart for contact ICO again?
Thanks for all your help!
CREDIT INVESTIGATION SERVICES
“I am concerned that you have ignored my letter of xxxxxx and the amount £160 owing to National parking Enforcement LTD still remains unpaid.
Because of this you now leave me with the option of two recommendations to my client. Firstly that we instruct that your details be passed onto Doorstep collection. This will result in an agent visiting you at your premises. Secondly that legal action be taken against you. Litigation, if successful, could result in a judgement against you being places on public record for up to six years. This would have an adverse effect on your credit rating and put at risk your future ability to obtain credit.
To avoid either or both of these situations PLEASE NO W MAKE THE PAYMENT BY ...”Too much of a good thing can be wonderful!0 -
That letter is all flatulence and urine, you do not owe them anything unless a judge so orders it. They would not dare to send an "agent" unless it has been to court first. Their chances of winning in court are, imo, zero.
Have you yet had a reply from your MP? If not persist. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
Thanks The Deep. No nothing from my useless MP! Will contact him again but not holding my breath about him helping!Too much of a good thing can be wonderful!0

What a back to front idiotic company. Doorstep collection first and going to court after.
These money jerks are totally full of verbal diarrhoea, you seriously cannot be talking to the brain dead.
