Fantastic loss sirens. Well done! Good luck for the weekend. the exercise should help too.
That's only a tiny gain under the circumstances denise. Just go and enjoy your holiday and deal with it when you get back.
Good to see you posting sue and well done for staying close to plan. Do try and have a rest if at all possible. :AI was hoping to hit target by mid June as that would be a year since I started and seems reasonable for just over 4 stone loss, but otherwise anytime soon would be nice. Might have to move my target slightly as I'm really happy the size I am now and I'm quite wary that a few more pounds could push me down another dress size but we'll see how it goes.
That's a sensible timespan for 4 stone vixstar. Losing too quickly can make it harder to maintain. Steady losses are best IMO. I know my target weight is just right for me. Any lower and my arms start to look scraggy. You'll find the same I'm sure (not scraggy arms though!:D).
I've had my SW breakfast and lunch (baked beans, then JP with veggie chilli and beetroot). We'll see what's on the menu tonight and then tomorrow I can get properly back on plan.0 -
That's what I was planning on doing! Just hoping the weather is kind to us:D.
Enjoy your meal out this evening Maman.

Yes but you go out alot more than me and have off plan, thinking about it, this may sound crazy but since i have had my nose done i have not drank as much:rotfl: i suppose this was because before i couldn't breathe through it so always breathed through my mouth which obviously makes it drier as your chops are always open:rotfl::rotfl:Sealed pot challenge number 003 £350 for 2015, 2016 £400 Actual£345, £400 for 2017 Actual £500:T:T £770 for 2018 £1295 for 2019:j:j spc number 22 £1,457Stopped Smoking 22/01/15:D:D::dance::dance:- 5 st 1 1/2lb :dance:0 -

I don't drink enough water especially in the winter.
Morning all.
Going to read through the thread for some meal inspiration......curl girl with a space - even though there is no space in my cupboard!!!0 -
So I've been to weigh in and am very pleased to report a STS. Off to do my shop after the class but have planned our menus for the week -go me!
Today looks like this:-
Hea Bob milk
Hea Parmesan
Heb ?
B banana
L LO bns and bacon risotto
D sw tikka masala with PON bhajees and rice
No alcohol tonight as I'm the driver for my son and 3 pals who are off to a dinner at their sports club - they will have drunk enough for all of us LOL. Will probably have either hifi bars or crackers with jam (syns) for supper.0 -
Reporting + 1/2lb for this week. In the grand scheme of things, not too bad!
Onwards and downwards for next weekA smile costs little but creates much0 -
Well staying on plan until we go to France went out the window last night! Had rather more than 15 syns worth of red wine to celebrate DH's birthday. Oh well - line drawn and back on it today.
The plan today is:
B - eggs on toast
L - something with smoked haddock - not sure yet will have to have a look to see what I can do
D - Ham & vegetable quiche, chips, pickles, salad - mixed leaves, cucumber, cherry tomatoes
HEA - milk
HEB - bread
Syns - none unless I need to use some at lunchtime
Denise
PS Have decided to do brown lentils with lemon and dill smoked haddock - a BBC food recipe and it's actually Syn Free as I've swapped the half fat creme fraische for Fromage Frais as that's all I've got in the fridge0 -
Not too bad at all gtq.
Hope DH enjoyed his birthday denise. It would have been rude not to raise a glass.;)
We had a good time last night. I did have chips but otherwise the food was reasonably SW friendly. I had smoked salmon followed by sea bass. It's the wine syns that are my downfall.:)
I've done my meal plan and will shop later. The cupboard is bare! Well almost. I could just about manage some lunch from what I've got in by repeating what I had yesterday.
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB porage with HEA milk, half banana, skinny syrup
L: JP with veggie chilli and beetrootchicken casserole with broccoli and new potatoes
Syns: cornflour 1 and probably wine syns:o. I really should start reining in after all the eating out but that can wait until Monday;).0
