Well it'll be the moment of truth in a couple of hours! Hoping I've done enough damage limitation to at least get a maintain but we will see!

A light breakfast before I go of some grapes, an apple & quark. Back later with the rest of the day's plan and how I've done this week. As long as I'm still in target range I'll be happy - so I don't have to pay SW for my holiday, LOL! and :money:.

I now how you feel! I will find out later:D After the last couple of weeks, if I have maintained, I will consider that a result. Last night was terribly organised, made crustless quiche which was fine, then disaster struck. Was making sweet potato & carrot rosti and managed to spill a lot of the grated when transferring from strainer to tea towel, oh my God, what a mess, Made the best I could and they were ok, not the greatest, but not the worst. Enjoy your holiday, not that I am jealous or anything:rotfl:

Well done vixstar.:T Don't put pressure on yourself but you could do it this challenge although the last few pounds can be difficult. :(
Do you have a particular date you're aiming for, like a holiday or something?:)

I was hoping to hit target by mid June as that would be a year since I started and seems reasonable for just over 4 stone loss, but otherwise anytime soon would be nice. Might have to move my target slightly as I'm really happy the size I am now and I'm quite wary that a few more pounds could push me down another dress size but we'll see how it goes.

So happy with my loss this week -5lb after my last 2 weeks of gains.

Apart from Sunday (takeaway day!) I've been on plan, plenty of speed and 2 c25k runs, I'm off for the next 4 days so need to try and keep to plan, I always struggle on my long off weekends, but if I can loose at least 1lb I will be the lightest I've been in over 15 years, then I can move on with shifting the rest.

    B sw pancakes (hexb)with fruit.
L pasta, bbq chicken and salad, apple
D sw sloppy joe pasta with salad, roast butternut squash and part baked bread for the kids (hexa)

Probably yoghurt later maybe a tops twix (5.5)

Thanks for the chart chris, well done everyone x

Well back from group and it was a gain of 0.5lb! I'm happy with that as definitely well over Syns with 2 meals out, lots of wine & the choc monster visiting this week!

I'm going to stick to plan as much as I can until we go away Tuesday morning. Today's plan:

B - fruit & quark with skinny syrup
    L - cheese on toast (HEA/HEB)
D - sirloin steak, jacket potato, corn on the cob, mushrooms & beans (DH's birthday hence the steak today!)

    HEA1 - milk in drinks
    HEA2 - cheese
    HEB - bread

Syns - will probably have wine syns tonight to celebrate DH's birthday

No one is going to object to you posting your menu plan every day. It gives others a chance to comment on it and also gives ideas that other people can use.

What size Propercorn are you having? I have the 14g bags of the sweet & salty and they are 3 Syns. The salty ones are 2 syns. I'm assuming for 6.5 syns it'll be a big bag of the sweet & salty.

How do you do your Moroccan beef? Is it a beef tagine just using moroccan spices?

Sue - nothing wrong with having toast for breakfast, assuming it's wholemeal of course! I always make sure I've got my WM bread and DH has a seeded one as he can't cope with WM as it affects his IBS so that's the best for him which isn't a white loaf!

You are doing so well. Glad you are finding other's posts inspiring.

The propercorn was a large bag as that's all they had in work - really should buy a multi-pack of the smaller ones.

The Moroccan Beef is from a SW book - LF mince, chickpeas, tomatoes, spices and probably some other stuff, it's been in the freezer for a few weeks.

Sounds like a tagine! I often make tagines, both within meat and veggies. Love the Moroccan spices.
