1lb off for me please Chris.
Quite pleased with that, heading in the right direction. Just 10lb to go to target, need to focus.

Well done vixstar.:T Don't put pressure on yourself but you could do it this challenge although the last few pounds can be difficult. :(
Do you have a particular date you're aiming for, like a holiday or something?:)

I was pleased to read the conversation about avocado Denise . I probably only had a few syns worth as it was just bits mixed into the salad base. :)

    Evening all,

Bubbs dinner looks lush as ever. Really fancy a cottage pie now, so going to put it on my 'to cook' list for when I go shopping next.

Thanks for the new chart & thread ChrisV, much appreciated.

Totally forgot to log on yesterday as work was full-on after the bank hol, and yesterday evening OH and I were sorting out our fiinances (yawnfest but gotta be done... this is MSE after all ;) )

    Meals yesterday:
    B - banana & nectarine
L - lettuce, tomato, cucumber, pickled onions & LO roast chicken with dressing (2); 0% greek yogurt with mango & strawberries
    snack - apple
D - kangaroo burger (1) with SW chips, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, baked beans, cheese - HEA1, ketchup/dressing (2)
    HEA2 - milk in tea/coffees

Can report that kangaroo burgers are actually really nice. i got them from Heron frozen foods for £1.50 for 2 burgers, and they were super low in fat (3% per 100g). They had ostrich burgers too, but they were about 4% fat, so went with kangaroo instead, and get me being all tres exotique!! ;)

    Toay's meal plan:
    B - banana & nectarine
    snack - passion fruit 0% yogurt (1.5)
L - LO sw bolognese (much welcome on this horrid, cold rainy day)
    snack - mango & strawberries
D - SW meat feast pasta frozen meal from Iceland. Was quite spicy, a bit 'fragrant', but can't put my finger on what it tasted of tbh. Filled an 'ole, as they say.
    HEA - milk in tea/coffee

I think I've properly hit a plateau with weightloss at the moment. On checking it all seems very static, so going to have to really look at what I am having, and be a bit more regimented. It will come good in the end I know, and I've got a 2 year plan for losing weight, and it's only just 4 months in, so I'm not going to fret or stress about it.

Felt a bit under the weather today, and can't quite put my finger on exactly how I feel, but not quite right, and like I might be either going down with something or I'm fighting something. Either way, don't want to miss my clubbercise tomorrow, so going to plan on an earlier night tonight (after my team win the footie tonight, of course!)

    Have a great evening.

p.s. Bubbs, which photo hosting site do you use to link your images from to post here? I can't remember who I used before.

Well it'll be the moment of truth in a couple of hours! Hoping I've done enough damage limitation to at least get a maintain but we will see!

A light breakfast before I go of some grapes, an apple & quark. Back later with the rest of the day's plan and how I've done this week. As long as I'm still in target range I'll be happy - so I don't have to pay SW for my holiday, LOL! and :money:.
