    Slimming for Summer

    I will be starting the new thread soon, and the new challenge will run from Monday 1st July to Sunday 1st September which is 9 weeks.

    If you would like to be part of the next challenge please post clearly what you would like to lose during the challenge and I will add you to the spreadsheet.

    Chrisv I don't usually join in the challenges but as I'm right at the top end of target range I think I might join in this time. I'll go for 3lb to get me back to bang on target.

    Had a change of plan at lunchtime as ended up losing the morning after going to the Dr at 9 he decided to send me for yet another blood test! I have to go back again on Friday for the result! Had to wait over 2 hours for the blood test so didn't get home until 12 so we just had a jacket potato & beans.
