Thanks Bubbs for the Super 6 from Aldi. Some good stuff there. Will definitely be visiting Aldi this week to do some shopping. Will still need to visit Mr T's I suspect as I never seem to be able to get everything I need in Aldi.

So sorry to hear that Suffolksue. What devastating news for you and your family.

I think you've been doing really well and with all the stuff going on to maintain is brilliant. You must at least have made sensible choices when you ate out.

    Good luck with everything.

Suffolksue, so sorry to hear your terrible news.

Everything must be terribly surreal at the moment, and suspect you will be living minute by minute and hour by hour, I promise that you will gradually adjust and will be able to live day by day, and week by week. Access as much support as you are able to (including support for your own emotional wellbeing) xxxx

Have now had my breakfast so back with plan for the day.

B - scrambled eggs & spinach on toast - HEB
    L - cauliflower cheese & chips - HEA1 + 4 for cheese sauce mix
D - harissa aubergine, green lentils & greens - a Hairy Bikers recipe adapted for SW - 1 syn

    HEA1 - cheese
    HEA2 - milk
    HEB - bread
Syns - cheese sauce mix 4; harissa paste 1

I could have another HEB later if needed as this is an unplanned Green day - cauliflower cheese was substituted for planned lunch as got a huge cauliflower at the farm shop on Saturday so need to use at least half of it. We had some yesterday with our roast dinner. The rest will be used as a side dish over the next few days.
