Morning all, 3lb gain from me making a total of a half pound loss for the challenge
I have no good reasons for such a spectacular fall from the wagon, I think I'm just at the stage with it where I get fed up of meal planning and prepping all the time and just want to eat chocolate spread on toast
But at least it's the new challenge next week so I can really feel like I'm drawing a line. It will take us up to the end of my holiday, so I want to be ambitious and try for 14lbs before I go away (assuming the recent 4lb gain will come off quickly??) but also need to consider that I'll be away for the final two weeks, so I'll settle on my usual 10lbs please Chris.
Plan for today:
B - None
D - Bacon and mushroom omelette with beans
T - Chicken fried with onions, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes, with brown rice
HEA - Milk
HEB - None
Syns - Sugar in coffee (4), hot chocolate (2)
I'm about to head into the garden this morning to plant out my bedding flowers before they all die in their little pots, but then spending the hottest afternoon of the year so far in the hairdressers
I haven't caught up this week I'm afraid but I saw something about Denise in hospital and Beanie being poorly(?) as I clicked through - sending love to you both and hope you're feeling better soon.Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0 -
Thanks Tete but I'm not in hospital just having to keep going for treatment - I'm hoping that this week will be final week of treatment and then they might start thinking about what is causing the problem! At the moment all they're doing is treating the symptoms.
The weather isn't as warm this morning as I was anticipating, in fact it was hotter last week one day! No doubt it'll get hot later as I live in the SE which the forecast says will be over 30!
Today's plan:
B - fry up
L - cheese salad sandwich (HEA1 & HEB)
D - ham hock, haricot beans & veg
HEA1 - cheese
HEA2 - milk
HEB - bread
Syns - none planned at the moment but I'm sure I'll find something later to 'spend' them on, LOL!

Hello all,
Don't mind me not posting my food every day, I already do it in my personal diary AND in the first 4 weekly sheets for the consultant!
Now, I'm sure that this has been debated to no end, so not opening a debate - I know SW reasoning on this and it doesn't make sense to me - just wanted to know: is there anyone here who doesn't syn homemade smoothie AND still manages to lose?
I don't have a smoothie habit but when my son is here I make, like today, fresh smoothies because it's the only way he likes his fruit. Today was 2 oranges, 1 small banana and a handful blueberries, diluted with water. He had a double portion I had 1/4 and we saved 1/4 for DH's lunch.
Apart from the smoothie I had eggs (1syn for spray oil) with baked beans and 2 small slices wm bread (HEX. Pretty sure that this will count as early lunch/brunch because I had it at 11am!
Hope you are all enjoying the wonderful sunshine. This afternoon it's allotment working day for my boys so I'll be there with a great big flask of iced tea to sustain them while I suntan myself (I still can't do much physical work). Finally I'm an OAP and can travel free (in London at least!).0 -
Morning all, hope poorlies are on the mend :A
Well done losers and hugs to those in need :A
WI with .8lb of a loss, better than a gain but still slightly disappointing
Can’t wait for end of term feeling really drained and the weather isn’t helping. Nor is my dog getting me up at 1am then hubby at 3am, he has a 12 hour shift too.
Have a good weekend all I’m off for a nap :rotfl:Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T
