Made some mini squash crustless quiches and a mexican sweetcorn salad, both recipes from my SW free food on the go book. And ended up having dinner at 4.30pm :rotfl: or was it a very late lunch? It was very nice, perfect for a warm day like today. Yellow melon for afters, it was so sweet and juicy, delicious!

Aiming to try some more new-to-me SW recipes this weekend to keep me on the straight and narrow .

    Evening everyone.

Hope things get a bit better for you soon Beanie and anyone else struggling with health/life in general at the moment.

Another STS again for me. Sorry, team, another fail for the challenge! I seem to remember I got 'stuck' around this weight when I was losing - I'm just over 1lb out of target range but some clothes are feeling tight around the middle and with the warmer weather here (for now) I'd like to be comfortable in last years summer clothes. I'll plod on.

Chris can I be in the next challenge without setting a target??? My logic is this - if I take off the pressure and just be happy with any loss, I might do a bit better - sounds a bit airy fairy but worth a try?

    Happy sunny weekend all.

Have had a good week but have felt fat and bloated last few days and I don’t know why. Have had SW homemade meals every night and very light salad lunches. Breakfasts have been porridge made with water and just a splash of skimmed milk plus some fruit. Hardly any syns.

Just have to see what WI tomorrow brings.

The bit in bold is probably the problem! You need to use your syns as they are part of the plan. By not having them your body seems to go into "starvation mode". It's why the plan says 5-15 syns a day.
