    Denise,

Good luck with the WI and with hubby!

    xxxx

Well I'm back from WI and amazingly I am just in target at the very top end so definitely need to stick to SW this week in order to lose some by next Wednesday before the next lot of fluids!

As usual I've planned until the end of the month so over the next few days I need to do a freezer/fridge/cupboards inventory in order to work out what I can use and what I need to buy. Definitely getting a bit low on things like baked beans & tomatoes so will probably need to buy those but think I've probably got enough meat for at least most of next month in the freezer

Today's plan (which I changed a bit from what was originally planned and turns out to be a Green day so extra HEB if needed:T):

    B - strawberries - at group
L - egg, HM potato & onion cake from freezer (made when I cooked too much potato & onions a while back!), baked beans
D - Jacket potato with mixed bean goulash (originally planned to be last night's dinner), salad; bread to dip in sauce
    S - Ryvita & cheese (if needed)

    HEA1 - milk
    HEA2 - cheese
    HEB1 - bread
    HEB2 - Ryvita

Syns - none planned although might Syn a bit of spread if I have Supper.

Thanks for the info Bubbs strange that the Kellogg ones aren't hexb I wonder what the difference is? I have a huge box that I got free never mind.

Sorry you're struggling beanie you're not moaning, sometimes we just have to get it all out to move past it. My dh has always said that it's much cheaper to eat badly, and he's so right you can buy a packet of apple pies for less than a packet of apples, it's madness.

Last year I had a slight glitch with my health and waited nearly 7 weeks for biopsy result, naturally my plan went to pot and in the end I spoke with consultant and said I felt it pointless to go on at this time, she phoned my next night saying she had spoken with area manager and suggested a 6 week break - if I felt like going to group for company fine, but if not after six weeks could start where I left off.

Not sure if this helps but it helped me at the time.

Take care and good luck at group.

Thanks but as you can see even with all the fluids I actually managed to stay within target and this after my month's completely off plan holiday!

I checked on my own scales before going this morning and worked out I would be just about in target (bang on top end!) which I was, otherwise I'd of had a word with her about not weighing.

Thank you chrisv, 14lbs for next challenge please.

Bubbs I watched prog you mentioned last night, and got the ice cream out . Not sure what is wrong with me!. They had some great losses at the end, hope there is a follow up program to see if they carried on.

I am annoyed with myself not losing as much as I could have during June and the last challenge. Must do better in July! Pointless me buying the SW countdown and then not taking it seriously *rolls eyes at herself*. BMI is just over 30 and want to get rid of at least another 2 stone, must be doable. It is like with our holiday out of the way, the pressure is off now, but I want to go back to being focussed and not even consider eating the !!!! I used to snack on. Things go wrong if I have my hifi bars in the middle of the day, it seems to wake up my sweet tooth. I should leave them till the evening, then OH is around too, so we can keep eachother in check.

Oh well, back to it, we can do this!!!

Bubbs 6 eggs for 50p is a bargain! Wish you were near me :).

Wish I'd read this before lunch today! :(

I was feeling miserable about eating meat by mistake this morning and pegged out on a cheese and onion sandwich, then a pickled egg and tomato toastie. And there's still tonight to come - Mrs Sleazy cooked something yesterday, with noodles I think.

  • Chris, could you put me down for a 14 lb loss for the next challenge please?

We're on a cruise for two weeks in the middle, but July and August both have 5 weeks ....

HEs are Healthy Extras!! Important part of eating the SW way ;). HEA choices include milk and cheese, you are allowed 2 measured portions. HEB include cereals and bread. Again you are allowed 1 measured portion of certain items, all detailed in your SW food optimising book :D.
