    Denise,

Surely this is about medical treatment so should not count?

No idea, never had this problem before since doing SW. My consultant didn't mention anything when I texted her last week to say I wouldn't be at group, just to get better soon as if I'd got a cold or flu:rotfl: not an ongoing problem!

Still feeling bloated so expecting to be out of range but I need to get a bit of company other than DH who I spend 24/7 with if I don't go! It's the only ME time I get, he even insists on coming shopping with me:mad: Of course the problem with that is that he picks up stuff which isn't on my list and then moans at how much the shopping costs:rotfl:.

Back later with WI result and menu plan.

Thanks for the kind words. I find we just get all our ducks in a row, and then something comes along to send one off spinning shortly after when it comes to our family.

In good news, the backnis much improved, but I’m convinced the meds are making me feel hungry all day, and then later nauseous. Not taking any today, I can’t cope with the constant wanting food feeling despite having already eaten.

    Meal plan year:
B - banana & nectarine, then snacked on dry mini shredded wheat HEB at my desk to battle the hunger
L - mixed leaf salad, carrots, pepper, cucumber & bang bang chicken with dressing (1.5)
    D - SW meatballs & pasta with cheese HEA1
    hEA2 - milk in drinks
Treat - coffee with cream at lunch with friend (3)

    Plan today:
    B - banana, 0% skyr & satsuma
L - mixed lead salad, cucumber, peppers, tomato, carrots, Korean chicken & dressing (1.5); 0% Greek yogurt w/nectarine, apricot, mango & strawberries
D - Aldi skinny sausages (3?) mash, mixed veggies, beans, gravy (2)

Oh is away this W/end so it’s his farewell dinner tonight  Got one of my boys coming to stay tomorrow night so it may be an off plan Chinese tomorrow to treat him as he’s having a tough time atm. Will see what happens.

Denise I hope you get a bit of leeway from group given you cannot control your fluid retention atm.

Beanie, sorry to hear you’re having struggles atm, and know you contend with it much of the time. Agree being skint is rubbish- spent another £70 in Aldi last night after spending £60 on Sunday!!

Last year I had a slight glitch with my health and waited nearly 7 weeks for biopsy result, naturally my plan went to pot and in the end I spoke with consultant and said I felt it pointless to go on at this time, she phoned my next night saying she had spoken with area manager and suggested a 6 week break - if I felt like going to group for company fine, but if not after six weeks could start where I left off.

Not sure if this helps but it helped me at the time.

Take care and good luck at group.
