Morning!
You can’t beat a SW ‘fry’ up. My family love it when I do all day breakfast for dinner - always a winner.
Well finally managed to turn the scales on again today and looking like a +1lb. Grrr! I guess given how little I’ve been moving about I should be grateful.
Sticking with the plan is keeping my head in the right place. Lots going on with my painful back & my family atm (mental health & substance abuse ) which I am finding challenging to a) understand b) cope with. No one said life was easy, huh?
Meal plan yesterday:
B - banana & nectarine
L - salad leaves, cucumber, carrots, chicken & dressing (1); 0% yogurt strawberries, nectarine & mango
D - chicken breast, salad as above plus tomatoes, sw chips, dressing (1.5)
Hea - milk in drinks
I was really hungry at work and had to rummage in my desk drawer for something. Ended up choosing an oat biscuit with nut butter middle. Gonna day at least 10 syns. Don’t know if the meds I’m on are making me hungrier as I am usually fine with what I have each day. Also felt hungry last night and that never happens. One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

Happily reporting a -1 lb, great relief after last Sunday mega meal! It would have been so embarrassing to have a gain or STS on my first week!
Today: tiny breakfast before WI, had to eat something to take my medicine. So I had 1 Buckwheat thin (1/4 HEB) with a smearing of ricotta (1syn) then a few cherries and apricots during the meeting.
LUNCH 40g wm sourdough (remaining 3/4s HEB) 1 tsp low fat mayo (1 1/2) and mixed salad with sauerkraut and 1/2 tbsp oil (3). Strawberries with quark.
Tonight I really fancy dal with veg on rice, will prob use up my remaining syns for oil to fry spice and a bit of yogurt. Will have my HEX A ricotta with a tbsp honey or jam (2) as pudding.
Have a good day. Finally I'm an OAP and can travel free (in London at least!).0 -

Hi all, I'm fine! Today was hospital - been stuck up there all day and only got home about half hour ago! Didn't want to cook when we got in so ended up with a chicken kebab & salad (no pitta:A).
I've actually more or less been on plan as took some food with me!
B - egg salad:rotfl: - the only healthy thing in the hospital shop; didn't eat before leaving home as left at 6am in order to get off the island where I live as the roads were gridlocked by 7am the other day and we ended up sailing through so was at the hospital by 7! Didn't need to be there until 8.30ish
S (am)- ham & mustard sandwich from home (HEB)
L - ham sandwich with large bread - probably all my Syns!
S (pm) - HM smoky aubergine dip with baby corn
D - chicken kebab, salad
HEA - milk
HEB - bread
Syns - hospital ham sandwich (supplied FOC!)
Well done Vegastar that's a great loss this week. Well done Caterina - your SP days must have done the trick - unluckily they don't help me!
