    TTD going back to basics actually means following the plan 100%. That includes Syns every day - with a minimum of 5 syns. Definitely re-read your books and stick to plan properly. Going without syns is not sustainable indefinitely.

    Good to hear you've planned your meals for next week and will be cooking accordingly.

    If you're eating at night the best way to avoid that is not to have anything unhealthy in the house! Think I'm probably quite lucky as I'm not keen on things like crisps etc - my problem is red wine! which I'm steering clear of this week after the horrendously high syn weekend I had.

    No they didn't. Sue one lady hd fallen off the wagon a bit, although she had a loss last week but not a big one.
    The other lady is elderly and had had a fall and ended up in hospital and she said her downfall is snacking, which obviously she couldn't do there:rotfl::rotfl: so showed snacking IS her downfall
