Welcome JewElle. This is a great group, we all try to support each other and help with any problems others have.

Reading other peoples meal plans often gives others good ideas of what they can eat too. I often see something someone else is having and think I fancy that so will add to my next meal plan (I plan monthly). Doesn't always work (as has happened this week!) but it certainly helps as I know that if it's on the plan I've got the main part of the meal in the freezer as I do my plan after I've checked my freezer and try to use as much as possible so only need to buy small amounts of meat & fish.

    Today's plan:

    B - stuffed mushrooms
L - SW scotch egg using Linda Mc red onion & rosemary sausage, tuna pasta salad, green salad & remoulade (everything LO from BBQ Saturday except the scotch egg!)
D - chicken tray bake - chicken thighs, red, yellow & green peppers, onions, potatoes, butternut squash (plus anything else I can find in the fridge which will roast!). Will also do a green veg, probably broccoli and/or beans

    HEA - milk
HEA2 - cheese (probably not full amount)
    HEB - ? nothing plan
Syns - LTL mayo in the salads 2?
