Hi everyone.
Oh boy have I had a wonderful but very synful weekend. I won't elaborate but let's just say that there are no more syns left for June.
I'm back to basics to reign it in!!
B banana
L Spanish ommlette and salad
D meatballs and giant couscous (from a SW magazine)
Supper/snack babybel, grapes, crackers, peach maybe a Syn or two on Parmesan.
Hea milk and babybels
HEb ryvita crackers
Still filling in the PON journal and trying to be accountable. It does make you think when you see all the naughtiness written down!0 -

Matron I've had a synful week too, particularly the weekend!
Reining it in for me too but probably not going to make WI again this week as at hospital again Wednesday and will probably need more fluids! The fluids really bloat me and the water doesn't shift by the next day which would be WI. I'll make a decision Thursday morning!

B Scrambled eggs on toast
L JP with tuna and salad, yoghurt and strawberries with Sweet Freedom caramel syrup
D Veggie speedy chilli and rice
Syns for spread, bread slightly over 60g worth, LTL mayo and the syrup - altogether I reckon 5.0 -

All Jordan Skinny Syrups are Free as they are 0 cal. Enjoy.
My favourite is the S'Mores one - it tastes a bit like maple syrup!

@joedenise hehe thanks for that but I am using full breasts on the bone and doing a Julie twist of vegetable stock and a rather generous splash of Muscadet to transform it in to a slightly boozy chicken casserole hic0

Afternoon! Well done TTD on SOTW.
Saw doctor this morning, felt really guilty as I couldn't give me seat to someone who needed it, but I genuinely had no idea how long I would have to stand and I knew that I would not be able to do it. Hopefully, they realised why as I hobbled into surgery. On painkillers for next 2 weeks with a review at that stage, got to have blood tests, so those result will be incorporated. Not sure how this is going to impact on SW, don't feel like eating anyway, but will take it as it comes, health more important than losing weight in short term. She was a bit confused as to why I got it, as I don't drink, drink plenty of water and mostly eat white meat, go figure, suppose if you're gonna get it, you're gonna get it. At least all I have to cook tonight is veg! Just bunged the chicken thighs in oven yesterday with tinned tomatoes, mushrooms & onions, so was easy to cook.A smile costs little but creates much0 -
Not a good week this week, wont surprise me if I have a gain today.
Been stress eating at night and need to kick that habit. Back to basics this week, next week Maybe a sun free week again but I’ll see what happens on the scales tonight and so if basic week helps for next Monday, planned all my meals today for the week, shopping tomorrow.0
